Your account and next steps

You can build and preview a business profile before signing in. Creating an account, saving a private draft, and publishing one profile are free. Signing in alone does not publish anything or start a paid subscription. A request to save your draft can finish after you sign in. You are not enrolled in a marketing email list by creating an account.

Your business profile

You must be authorized to represent the business and publish the information you provide. Check all facts, including any starter FAQ wording derived from your entries. Do not publish misleading claims, personal customer or patient information, or content you do not have permission to use. An account email verifies access to that email address; it does not independently verify ownership of a business or the accuracy of a profile.

Saving keeps your draft private. Publishing makes the reviewed business details, website and contact links, services, and FAQs publicly available at a shareable URL. Saved edits do not change the public page until you publish the reviewed changes. You can take your public page offline and publish it again. External caches or copies may remain after withdrawal. We may restrict content that is abusive, unlawful, or misleading; report a concern to our team.

Optional business support

Optional support is advertised at $29.99 per month. It covers help reviewing business facts, refining customer FAQs, checking source links, and keeping information current. Specific deliverables, timing, and ongoing support must be agreed with you before paid work begins. A free profile does not start a subscription. This website does not collect payment details or process subscription payments.

If you are not satisfied with a paid month of Brand Meets AI support, email team@brandmeetsai.com within 30 days of that charge to request a full refund of that month’s service fee. Include the email address associated with your service and identify the charge. You do not need to prove a change in rankings, recommendations, or leads. Each monthly charge can be refunded once. Creating an account or using the free profile builder has no charge to refund.

This guarantee covers satisfaction with our service. It does not guarantee an AI recommendation, ranking, citation, number of customers, or financial result. A refund request can also include a request to stop future service; no paid subscription starts through account creation on this website.

Independent AI systems

AI services choose which sources to access and which businesses to mention. Brand Meets AI cannot control or guarantee their decisions. References to ChatGPT, Google, Perplexity, or other providers do not imply partnership, endorsement, or affiliation.

Account use

Use an email address you control. We send a secure sign-in link to that address; no password is required. Keep your inbox and sign-in links private. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit information you are not authorized to share. Do not send website passwords, customer records, or patient information. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
