How we handle your information

Effective October 26, 2026. Brand Meets AI is a service by Renaissance Apps. This page describes account access, business profiles, and contact with our team.

Information you provide

Sign-in uses a secure email link. Firebase Authentication processes your email address and account identifier, and Namecheap Private Email delivers the link to your inbox. We do not ask you to create or share a password for Brand Meets AI.

If you email our team, we receive the address, message, and business information you choose to send, and use them to respond to your request. Contact links open your own email app; a message is sent only when you send it. Do not include passwords, patient information, or private customer records.

Business profiles

The builder uses the business name, website, category, service area, description, services, optional contact link, and FAQs you enter. An unsaved preview is processed in your browser. If you choose to save before signing in, a draft is stored in that browser so it can be saved to your account after email verification. Saved drafts are stored privately in Google Cloud Firestore and accessed through your authenticated account.

Publishing is a separate action. It makes your reviewed business information and source links public on a shareable web page, including structured information readable by search engines. Your account email and internal account identifier are not included in the public profile. Account email verification is not independent verification of business ownership or profile claims.

Saved changes remain private until you publish them. Taking a page offline removes its public view from our service; your private draft remains saved. External search caches or copies may take longer to update.

Why we use information

We use account information to provide sign-in and account access, and operational information to keep the site reliable and prevent abuse. Authentication providers and hosting services may process IP addresses, browser information, and request logs for security and operation.

Services that support this site

Google Firebase and Google Cloud provide hosting, authentication, and operational storage. Namecheap Private Email supports business email and sign-in email delivery. Information is shared with these providers as needed to operate the service. This website has no payment processing or advertising trackers.

Browser storage

We use browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your theme, and retain the email address used to request a sign-in link until sign-in finishes, and keep a draft when you choose to save it before authentication. If you open the link in another browser or on another device, we ask you to enter that email address again. You can sign out or clear your browser storage. Disabling essential storage can prevent sign-in from working.

Retention and requests

Account information and saved business drafts remain associated with your account until deleted. Contact us to request deletion of your account and profile. You can take a public profile offline yourself without deleting the private draft. Security records are retained only as needed to operate and protect the service. Business information and changes

Creating an account does not publish business information. You choose whether to publish a reviewed profile. We will update this notice before introducing additional categories of data collection or payment processing.
